For her first trick-or-treating, we took Madeline to the Halloween parade in the Fredleys' neighborhood. This is actually my 3rd Halloween parade, and I guess technically Madeline's 2nd, since she was in my tummy at the parade last year. The Korn family also joined in the fun, and between the 3 families, there were 2 3-year-olds and 2 little babies, or a ladybug, NASCAR driver, horse, and bunny.

Madeline slept through some of the parade, then woke up a little confused about why we were taking a walk in the dark. When we got back to the Fredley's house to hand out some candy and have some grown-up treats, she was back to her usual happy baby self.
